Dugga Dugga

That sound rings in my head
as I stood,
Waited and watched

Warm touches with cold hands
A smile across the tears
The racing time on my slow clock
I remember it all

A whiff of your fragrance,
Holds me still
11 minutes passed
On that overcrowded platform
I hoped it stopped
and clenched my fists

But, there was that sound
I stood,
Waited and watched
I stood.
I watched.
I waited.

Briskly, I walked off,
Never turned back
The sound still rings in my head,
As I stand and watch.
